In February 2023, we had the grand opening of our project at Swan Lake MHC in Eastvale, California. This is a very unique land lease community that has an actual
stocked fishing lake in the middle of the community, free-formed streets throughout, and each lot has its own shape and character. Being built in the 1960’s, the park also now has a lot of large mature trees and a charm that most leased land communities don’t offer. The problem was that there was a time around 10+ years ago of poor management.
