The outdoor program will have a swimming pool, playground, grilling areas, fire pits, and additional recreational space. The project involves significant zoning and annexation efforts, with the areas zoned R-2 & R-3 PUD Residential, providing flexibility for various residential products. The annexation to Keenesburg has brought major benefits, including higher density and greater product flexibility. Infrastructure development includes a Waste Water Treatment Facility (WWTF) and Water Treatment Facility (WTF), with plans for a public interchange at County Roads 22 and 49 to enhance accessibility. We have successfully finalized two municipal bonds, that will offer the necessary funding for public improvements and water acquisitions.

The county boasts a strong economy, supported by a variety of businesses and a government conducive to growth.
