The project involves the construction of approximately 23 miles of pipelines in Weld County, with various sizes and capacities, requiring easements and compliance with local and state regulations. The facilities and improvements include three phases of a wastewater treatment facility, with the initial phase capable of handling up to 0.60 million gallons per day.

Additionally, there is a 500-gallon-per-minute dual train reverse osmosis water treatment plant with provisions for expansion, including up to three additional 500-gallon-per-minute reverse osmosis units. These facilities are designed to meet the growing demand for wastewater treatment and water purification in the region.

Section 208 of the Federal Clean Water dictates that all state agency’s form management agencies to oversee compliance with water quality standards outlined in the Act. The designated management agency for Weld and Larimer County’s is the Northern Front Range Water Quality Planning Association (NFRWQPA).   • Commerce City: Fruition has five thriving communities in Commerce City spanning 1,213 acres. These developments offer a diverse mix of housing options, including 3,460 single-family homes and 1,785 multifamily and townhome units, totaling 5,567 residential units. Additionally, Fruition’s communities in Commerce City feature 78.86 acres of commercial land.
  • Denver: Gateway Village, a thriving community development in Denver, CO, spans 250 acres. This project features 1,052 single-family homes. Fruition has also developed a 100,000 square foot commercial retail center, providing residents with convenient shopping options. The development is part of the Gateway Village General Improvement District.
  • Fort Collins: Fruition has developed two notable residential communities in Fort Collins, CO. The first development, Overland Trail, features 280 single-family homes. Our Harmony Crossing development adds another 221 single-family residences to Fruition’s portfolio in Fort Collins. Together, these two developments offer a total of 501 homes, catering to the growing demand for residential properties in this desirable Colorado location.
  • Lakewood: Weststar is a carefully planned development featuring 60 single-family homes, offering a more intimate neighborhood setting. 
  • Parker: Fruition has three diverse residential community developments in Parker, CO. Newlin Meadows offers 207 single-family homes alongside 12.3 acres of commercial space, while Antelope Heights contributes an additional 203 single-family residences to the area. The most expansive project, South Creek, introduces 1,900 multifamily units and 5.11 acres of commercial development. 
  • Thornton: Fruition has five residential community developments in Thornton, CO. The largest project, Centricom, features 1,300 single-family homes, 3,000 multifamily units, and 212.8 acres of commercial space. Villages at Riverdale add 750 single-family homes and 108 multifamily units, while Riverdale Peaks, Downing Park, and Country Hills contribute an additional 421 single-family homes combined.
  • Keenesburg: Fruition Keenesburg is adding approximately 8,600 Colorado manufactured homes to the fast-growing market. The 3,397-acre plot also has industrial and commercial space and will have several recreational areas for residents.
  • Lochbuie: We are building a master-planned community in Lochbuie, CO with 94 modular homes, 247 single-family homes, 34 traditional duplexes, and 40 modular duplexes to create 415 new homes. It will also have over 15 acres of parkland.
  • Brighton: Homestead Fusion is a residential community with 130 single-family detached homes.
